Find why a machine will not start
Follow the checks in order. The first failed check is usually the fault, and each result gives a direct next action.
Live diagnosis
1. Is the machine physically connected to the base network?
2. Does the grid have positive power while the machine runs?
3. Is cooling use below capacity?
4. Are the correct inputs reaching the machine?
5. Is there space for the output?
6. Is the rail or belt route moving without congestion?
A fast machine-start checklist
Work from the physical connection outward. A machine with no valid connection cannot be fixed by adding more generators. Once the connection is sound, check net power, cooling headroom, inputs and outputs, then the transport route.
Rail congestion can look like a dead machine
If production runs briefly and stops, inspect whether inputs arrive and outputs can leave. Split busy routes and avoid forcing every shipment through one saturated junction.
